My Cinnamon Raisin Bread recipe

Ingredients

1 : lb Mushrooms, Cleand and sliced

2 : oz Shitake mushrooms, soaked

-(Use : -(Use soasking liquid in the

-sauce) : -sauce) (up to 3)

1 : lb Green beans, clean, trim and

-cut : -cut into 1" pieces

1 : Onions, sliced (up to 2)

1 : ts Or more dried sage

1 : ts Thyme

1/2 : ts White pepper

Salt : Salt or chicken flavor

-veggie : -veggie broth mix to taste

1/2 : c Dry white wine or broth

Directions

0: Place the milk and margarine in a saucepan ( I use microwave) and heat gently until butter melts

1: MIx the yeast and sugar together in the mixing bowl

2: Cream the yeast and sugar with a little warm milk

3: (the milk should be at blood heat of 99 F) Add the remaining liquid at 98

4: 6 F, the flour and the salt and commence kneading the mixture at speed 2

5: Cut dough in half and roll each half out on lightly floured surface

6: Sprinkle half of raisins on each rolled out half and roll up

7: Place each shaped loaf in pan

8: Allow to rise until the dough is double its original size and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes

9: This is a delicious sweet bread and great toasted

10: I doubt I will ever buy raisin bread again
