Ingredients

1 : lb Mushrooms, Cleand and sliced

2 : oz Shitake mushrooms, soaked

-(Use : -(Use soasking liquid in the

-sauce) : -sauce) (up to 3)

1 : lb Green beans, clean, trim and

-cut : -cut into 1" pieces

1 : Onions, sliced (up to 2)

1 : ts Or more dried sage

1 : ts Thyme

1/2 : ts White pepper

Salt : Salt or chicken flavor

-veggie : -veggie broth mix to taste

1/2 : c Dry white wine or broth

Directions

0: Heat 1 1/2 cup water and other ingredient til hot

1: Add cold water

2: In a large bowl, mix 4 cups flour and yeast

3: Add warm liquid

4: Beat 2 minutes

5: Add 3 cups more flour gradually until proper consistency is reached

6: Knead 3 minutes with dough hook

7: Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hour

8: Make into 2 loaves

9: Rise again

10: Bake at 350 35-40 minutes

11: 1 cup oatbran may be substituted for 1 cup of flour

12: I imagine you coud do the same with whole wheat or other types
