Ingredients

1 : lb Mushrooms, Cleand and sliced

2 : oz Shitake mushrooms, soaked

-sauce) : -sauce) (up to 3)

1 : lb Green beans, clean, trim and

-cut : -cut into 1" pieces

1 : Onions, sliced (up to 2)

1 : ts Or more dried sage

1 : ts Thyme

1/2 : ts White pepper

Salt : Salt or chicken flavor

-veggie : -veggie broth mix to taste

1/2 : c Dry white wine or broth

Directions

0: Add milk to egg to make 1/2 cup

1: Put biscuit mix, sugar, and margarine in a bowl

2: Add just enough liquid to make a soft dough

3: Stir briskly

4: Turn onto floured surface, knead 8-10 times

5: Roll out 1/2 inch thick

6: Cut out with cutters

7: Place on ungreased baking sheet

8: Place close together for soft side biscuits and apart for crusty biscuits

9: Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes
