Ingredients

2 : c Flour

1/4 : ts Salt

1 : c Soft butter

1 : c Sugar

1 : tb Grated orange peel

5 : Eggs, room temperature

Directions

1: Squeeze juice from orange into a measuring cup and add enough boiling water to make a cup

2: Pur ornage skins, drained apricots and raisins through a food chopper

3: Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, egg and fruit mixture and beat smooth

4: Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice and water, blending after each addition

5: Bake at 350 F for an hour in a greased and floured pan (9x5)
