1/4 : ts Salt
1 : c Soft butter
1 : c Sugar
1 : tb Grated orange peel

1: Squeeze juice from orange into a measuring cup and add enough boiling water to make a cup
2: Pur ornage skins, drained apricots and raisins through a food chopper

4: Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice and water, blending after each addition
