1 : lb Linguine; in 6" lengths
1 : sm Green pepper; julienned
1 : sm Sweet red pepper

4 : Scallions; finely sliced
1 : c Salted chopped peanuts

0: Preheat oven to 400
1: Bake shells for 15 minutes
2: Mix eggs with cream
3: Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender
4: Pour off half the fat
5: Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked
6: Remove from heat
7: Stir in cheese
8: Fill shells with egg mixture
9: Serve at once
