3 : tb Butter or margarine
3 : Cloves garlic; minced
2 : 1/ ts TABASCO pepper sauce
1/2 : ts Salt
3 : c Pecan halves
3 : c King Arthur Bread Flour
2 : ts Instant yeast; NOT Rapid
-Rise! : -Rise!
2 : ts Dough conditioner; Another
0: Combine the first 9 ingredients
1: In a blender, blend pulp, oil and lemon until just smooth and add to the flour mixture
2: Stir only until well mixed
3: Pour into greased muffin pans, and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes
4: Makes 12 large muffins
5: Lemon glaze may be added when cool
