Ingredients

1 : c Parsley, minced

1 : tb Basil

1 : ts Salt

1/8 : ts White pepper

2 : Garlic cloves, minced

2 : tb Butter

2 : tb Boiling water

3/4 : c Parmesan cheese

1 : lb Spaghettini

1/4 : c Pignoli, minced

1/2 : c Salad oil

1 : c Italian bread crumbs

1/2 : c Pesto

2 : tb Prepared horseradish

1 : lb Fresh mushrooms

Pimentos : Pimentos

1 : Basic Masa Dough recipe

18 : Corn husks

Directions

0: Dissolve the yeast in warm water(proof)

1: Add the oil and honey

2: mix flour and salt

3: Add the liquids and mix well with hands, adding a little more flour if needed

4: Cover and let rise until doubled; about 1-1/2 hours

5: Knead down

6: Shape into two loaves

7: Place in oiled loaf pans

8: Allow to rise again until nearly doubled

9: Bake ten minutes at 400 degrees

10: Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes more

11: Cool on rack

12: This is a simple, delicious bread

13: It is easy to make and works well for beginners as well as old hands

14: One cup cracked wheat may be substituted for one cup of the flour
