Quick Cherry Turnovers recipe

Ingredients

-JUDI : -JUDI M. PHELPS

1 : md Eggplant; approximately lb

1 : ts Lemon juice

1 : ts ;salt

1/8 : ts Black pepper

1/4 : c Onion; minced

1/4 : c Green pepper; minced

Directions

0: Heat oven according to package directions on rolls

1: Separate dough and place in triangles onto cookie sheet

2: Place 2 spoonfulls of filling into center of triangle

3: Fold over and crimp seal edges with a fork or a pastry crimper

4: Bake according to package directions

5: Blend sugar and water for glaze, and drizzle over warm turnovers

6: NOTES : Replace any fruit filling for cherry filling
