Ingredients

4 : lb Boneless chuck roast

1 : lg White onion, thin sliced

1 : Sweet Bell pepper,

1 : Flank steak or London broil

1 : Tomato, whole, ripe

Directions

0: Mix all dry ingredients together

1: Add egg, onion, and buttermilk

2: Drop batter by small spoonfuls into deep fat

3: They will sink toward the bottom, then pop back to the top

4: Turn if they don't pop over when brown on one side

5: Drain on paper toweling and serve warm
