Sesame-Poppy Seed Loaf recipe

Ingredients

6 : c Whole wheat bread flour

Directions

0: In a medium bowl, stir together the flours, baking powder, salt and seeds

1: Set aside

2: In a large bowl, beat together the orange juice, honey, egg, oil and cereal until well combined

3: Let stand 2 minutes

4: Add the flour mixture, stirring only until combined

5: Spread the batter evenly into a lightly greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan

6: Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes or until a pick inserted near the centre comes out clean

7: Let cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan

8: Cool completely before slicing
