1 : tb Coriander

1 : tb Caraway seed

1 : sm Onion, finely chopped

1 : /4 c Graham cracker crumbs

1 : /2 c Packed Brown sugar

1 : /2 ts Ground Cinnamon

1 : ts Baking powder

1/2 : ts Ground Nutmeg

1/2 : ts Ground Cloves

1/4 : ts Salt

1 : Egg

2 : 3/4 c Flour

1/3 : c Finely chopped blanched

-Almonds : -Almonds

1 : c Unsalted Butter; Softened

2 : ts Vanilla Extract

1 : c Granulated Sugar

1 : /4 c Brown Sugar; Firmly Packed

2 : lg Eggs; Slightly Beaten

3 : 1/2 c All-purpose Flour

2 : ts Baking soda

2 : ts Cinnamon

1 : ts Nutmeg

1 : ts Cloves; Ground

1/2 : ts Ginger

1/2 : ts Anise Seed; Ground

1/8 : ts Salt

Directions

1: In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt and spices

2: Set aside

4: Drain peaches, reserving liquid

5: Place peaches, Rice Krispies cereal, egg whites and 3/4 cup of the peach liquid in food processor bowl

6: Using metal blade, process mixture about 45 seconds or until smooth

7: Add to flour mixture stirring only until combined

8: Portion evenly into twelve 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray

10: Bake at 400 degrees F

11: about 23 minutes or until golden brown

12: Remove from pan and drizzle with mixture of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons peach liquid or hot water

13: Sprinkle with almonds

14: Serve warm
