15 : oz Tomato Sauce; 1 can

1/2 : c Chili Sauce

1/4 : c Molasses

1/4 : c Brown Sugar; Packed

1 : ts Salt

1/4 : ts Pepper

1/8 : ts Tabasco Sauce

16 : oz Pineapple Chunks; Drained

And : And Cut Into Halves

1/2 : c Chopped Pickles

1/4 : c Pimiento-Stuffed Olives;

Sliced : Sliced

1 : cn (3 ounces) chopped mushrooms

1 : lb Ground beef

1/2 : lb Ground lean pork

1 : tb Sherry (optional)

1 : ts Instant minced onion

Soy : Soy sauce

1 : tb Cooking oil

1 : Beef bouillon cube

1 : sm Onion thinly sliced

1 : md Green pepper; slivered

1 : 2/3 c Drained pineapple chunks

1/4 : c Sugar

1/4 : c Vinegar

3 : tb Cornstarch

Hot : Hot cooked rice

1 : lb Ground beef

1 : Egg

1 : ts Salt

1/4 : ts Black pepper

3 : tb Chopped green onion

3 : tb Cornstarch

1 : cn (8 oz.) pineapple wedges

3 : tb Vegetable oil

2 : tb Soy sauce

3 : tb Cider vinegar

1/3 : c Sugar

1/3 : c Water

2 : Green peppers, cut julienne

3 : tb Oil

2 : Beets; sliced

2 : Carrots; sliced

2 : Onions; halved and sliced

1/4 : c Raisins

2 : tb Honey

2 : tb Vinegar or lemon juice

2 : tb Tamari

2 : Garlic cloves; mashed

3/4 : lb Chicken breast

- : - skinless, boneless

1 : tb Rice wine or dry sherry

1 : tb Light soy sauce

1/2 : ts Salt

1 : sm Green bell pepper

1 : sm Red bell pepper

1 : Carrot

2 : Scallions

1 : Egg; beaten

2 : tb Cornstarch

2 : c Oil, preferably peanut

3 : oz Canned lychees; drained -OR-

1 : -fresh orange in segments

Directions

0: Bring water to a boil; stir in fruit, salt, and honey

1: Bring to boil again

2: Add oats; stir; lower heat to simmer

3: Cover and simmer 15 minutes (stir before serving)

4: Sprinkle each serving with 1-1/2 teaspoon wheat germ and 1 tablespoon almonds

5: Serve with milk
