2 : Large Yellow Onions

16 : Flour/Whole Wheat Tortillas

Directions

0: Heat oven to 425

1: Place oil in 10-inch ovenproof skillet; heat in oven until oil is hot, about 10 t0 12 minutes

2: Meanwhile, in small bowl combine flour, baking powder

3: salt and eggs; beat at medium speed until well blended

4: Gradually stir in milk and margarine

5: Pour batter into hot skillet

6: Bake at 425 for 15 minutes

7: Reduce oven temperature to 375

8: Bake an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and golden brown

11: Cook over medium-low heat until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally

13: Remove pancake from oven; spoon filling into center
