1/2 : c Unsalted butter, softened
1 : c Packed brown sugar
2 : Eggs
2/3 : c Sour cream
1 : /2 ts Vanilla
2 : 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 : ts Baking powder
1/2 : ts Baking soda
1/2 : ts Salt
6 : oz White chocolate, coarse chop
1 : c Dried cherries,
-or : -or cranberries
1 : c Pecans, chopped
0: Preheat oven to 425
1: Coat a 9 inch cast iron skillet with 1/2 teaspoon oil; bake at 425 for 10 minutes
2: Combine flour and remaining ingredients stirring well; pour into hot skillet
3: Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
4: Cut into wedges
5: Yield 12 servings
