Ingredients

1 : /2 ts Vanilla

1/2 : c Unsalted butter, softened

1 : c Packed brown sugar

2 : Eggs

2/3 : c Sour cream

2 : 1/4 c All-purpose flour

1 : ts Baking powder

1/2 : ts Baking soda

1/2 : ts Salt

6 : oz White chocolate, coarse chop

1 : c Dried cherries,

-or : -or cranberries

1 : c Pecans, chopped

Directions

0: These tortillas are lower in saturated fat, with no cholesterol and higher in fiber than traditional tortillas prepared with lard and white flour

1: Cornstarch, for dusting the tortillas Stir together the first 6 ingredients

2: On a floured board knead until smooth

3: Divide dough into 12 equal balls

4: Dust lightly with cornstarch

5: Roll into a circle as thin as possible on a lightly-floured board

6: Drop onto a very hot ungreased griddle

7: Cook until brown spots appear on one side

8: Turn and cook on second side
