Yogurt Herb Bread recipe

Ingredients

2 : Eggs, well beaten

1 : c Powdered sugar

2 : ts Vanilla

1/2 : ts Salt

4 : c Cider vinegar

1/4 : c Honey; ( to 1/2)

1/4 : c Cheap yellow prepared

-mustard; : -mustard; (NOT Dijon)

4 : tb Brown sugar

4 : ts Salt

2 : ts Ground black pepper; coarse

4 : ts Red hot pepper flakes;

Directions

0: In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt

1: In a small saucepan, heat water and yogurt to 120-130

2: Add to flour mixture

3: Mix well

4: Add oil, herbs and enough of the remaining flour to form a stiff dough

5: Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes

6: Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top

7: Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour

8: Punch dough down; shape into two loaves

9: Place in two greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pans

10: Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour

11: Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown

12: Remove from pans to cool on wire racks

13: Yield 2 loaves
